| MICA MUSIC provides a wide variety of creative music workshops and aims to create a non-threating and inspiring environment to experience music making with emphasis on participation, enjoyment, achievement and confidence building. MICA MUSIC is more than happy to tailor any workshop towards your specific needs i.e. integrate the activities into the national curriculum (i.e. science Y8 unit on sound et al.). Workshops can be one off events or a series of creative sessions with the option of a final performance. MICA MUSIC has delivered music

Services, Imagine Health, Kinderzirkus Namenlos and Jugendzentrumin Aschaffenburg/Germany,
and Vulukukhanya Educare Centre in KZN, South Africa. WORLD OF SOUND Introducing a variety of musical instruments from all over the world, this workshop is all about discovering the mechanics and designs of traditional and modern instruments, how sound is produced, manipulated and used to create music. BUCKET DRUMMING Discover music making with simple buckets and drum sticks, with a strong emphasis on enjoyment, team work and confidence buidling. Explore tempo, rhythm, dynamics and improvisation while making a hell of a noise :)
JUNK JAM Making instruments from discarded
household items and creating a musical performance. Bring your own junk. MICA MUSIC can cater for groups
of people of any age, background and ability, at very competitive rates. We follow the Music Leaders Code of Practice and are fully CRB checked. MICA MUSIC is covered for public liability and a member of the Musicians Union.
